Final deadlines are below; however, talks will be accepted on a semi-rolling basis and the total number of talks will be limited.
18 August (23:59 UTC): Abstract submission deadline for equal consideration. Later submissions will be reviewed at the organizers’ discretion.
21 August: Final decision for on-time abstracts.
11 September: Submission deadline for talk recordings.
Conference
17 September: Release of pre-recorded talks to conference participants and opening of asynchronous discussion space.
21 September: Welcome event and official start of the conference.
22 September: First formally scheduled live discussion sessions.
2 October: Last official conference day.
